a painful July

Donna's been in a lot of pain lately. She keeps getting these large and very painful sores in her mouth and on her tongue. Tuesday we are going to the dentist to try to get this long standing problem solved. This is our fourth attempt. There have been two trips to the ER over the past three weeks just to get pain medication. Finally, we have been referred to a specialist. The dental interns at the clinic just don't have a clue when it comes to something like this, but they should have at least given Donna some pain medication to relieve her suffering instead of causing us two unneccessary trips to the ER.

a pain filled week

Donna has been having a very rough week. I had to take her to the ER yesterday to get some pain medication. She has very large and painful sores inside her mouth and on her tongue that make eating and drinking a real ordeal. The dentist was no help at all on Thurs., so on Fri. we went to the ER. Here is a photo from a couple of weeks ago when she was feeling better. Hopefully that smile will return soon.
